Aleph Alpha Aligns Its Organization With Strategic Priorities

As part of the strategy process initiated in the second half of 2025, the new leadership team has conducted a thorough review of the organization. Management has been tasked with sharpening the company’s positioning and ensuring consistent alignment with the customer strategy. Against this backdrop, Aleph Alpha today announced a workforce reduction affecting approximately 50 employees.

This decision affects people who have done good work. However, in order to focus on Aleph Alpha’s core capabilities and consolidate efforts around the areas with the highest growth potential, a reduction in headcount was unfortunately necessary. Operationally, the company continues to deliver on its existing commitments with undiminished focus.

No further measures of this kind are planned.

Aleph Alpha remains committed to reducing dependence on foreign technology providers through sovereign AI solutions and enabling European companies and institutions to advance their AI transformation.

Im Zuge des im zweiten Halbjahr 2025 eingeleiteten Strategieprozesses hat das neue Führungsteam eine umfassende Überprüfung der Organisation durchgeführt. Die Geschäftsführung hat den Auftrag, die Positionierung des Unternehmens zu fokussieren und die Organisation konsequent auf die Kundenstrategie auszurichten. Vor diesem Hintergrund hat Aleph Alpha heute einen Stellenabbau bekanntgegeben. Betroffen sind rund 50 Mitarbeitende.

Die Entscheidung betrifft Menschen, die gute Arbeit geleistet haben. Um sich jedoch auf die Kernkompetenzen von Aleph Alpha zu konzentrieren und die Bereiche mit dem höchsten Wachstumspotenzial zu bündeln, war ein Personalabbau leider notwendig. Operativ arbeitet das Unternehmen weiterhin mit unvermindertem Fokus an den bestehenden Verpflichtungen.

Weitere Maßnahmen dieser Art sind nicht geplant.

Aleph Alpha verfolgt weiterhin das Ziel, mit souveränen KI-Lösungen die Abhängigkeit von ausländischen Technologieanbietern zu verringern und europäischen Unternehmen und Institutionen die KI-Transformation zu ermöglichen.
