Aleph Alpha, a pioneering leader in the artificial intelligence innovation, is pleased to announce the appointment of Andreas Geiss as its new Vice President to advance Aleph Alpha’s Gen AI offerings in core industry verticals Automotive and Manufacturing. Andreas brings over two decades of success in key roles as well as a proven track record in industrial automation, software, IoT, and digital enterprise services from his tenure in Siemens, one of the world’s foremost technology companies in automation and industry software. In his last role, he served with the global Digital Enterprise & Digital Services business at Siemens as Senior Vice President and General Manager.

Andreas Geiss is a Global Executive Leader in Digitalization, Automation, Industrial Software & IoT with 25+ years of experience pioneering digital innovation, creating sustained business success, and driving exponential growth. In his last role, he was in charge of the Global Digital Enterprise & Digital Services business at Siemens as Senior Vice President and General Manager. In previous assignments, Andreas held various management positions at Hoechst AG and Siemens. He has worked in Germany, USA, and China. His professional achievements include multiple awards for excellence in revenue growth and innovation.

Andreas holds a diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the University in Mannheim and received an Executive Transition Certificate in general management and leadership from the European School of Management & Technology (ESMT) in Berlin.
