Aleph Alpha Takes Next Step Towards Commercial Scaling with Updated Leadership Team

Aleph Alpha is implementing the reorganization of the governance and management structure that was initiated in July. The new management team consisting of Reto Spörri (Co-CEO) and Ilhan Scheer (currently Chief Growth Officer, Managing Director and Co-CEO from January 1, 2026) will assume full operational responsibility in the future. Founder and current Co-CEO Jonas Andrulis will become Chairman of the Board and continues to actively support the team with full energy. COO Carsten Dirks is leaving the company at his own request on the best of terms. We deeply regret this decision, thank him for his consistently excellent work, and wish him continued personal and professional success and all the best for the future. His responsibilities will be transferred within the existing management team.

With this consolidated management structure, Aleph Alpha is well positioned for the future.

Aleph Alpha vollzieht die im Juli eingeleitete Neuordnung von Governance- und Managementstruktur. Das neue Führungsteam bestehend aus Reto Spörri (Co-CEO) und Ilhan Scheer (aktuell Chief Growth Officer, ab 1. Januar 2026 Geschäftsführer und Co-CEO) übernimmt künftig die volle operative Verantwortung. Gründer und aktueller Co-CEO Jonas Andrulis wird Chairman of the Board und wird das Team in dieser Funktion weiterhin aktiv und mit voller Energie unterstützen. COO Carsten Dirks scheidet auf eigenen Wunsch im besten Einvernehmen aus dem Unternehmen aus. Wir bedauern diese Entscheidung sehr, danken ihm für die stets sehr gute Zusammenarbeit und wünschen ihm persönlich und beruflich weiterhin viel Erfolg und für die Zukunft alles Gute. Seine Aufgaben werden innerhalb des bestehenden Führungsteams übertragen.
