Aleph Alpha Welcomes Lucie Prinz as Chief People Officer

As of January 1st, 2026, Aleph Alpha welcomes Lucie Prinz as Chief People Officer (CPO). Lucie brings two decades of international experience working across people, culture and organizational leadership in complex, regulated and high‑change environments, most recently as CPO at Volocopter. She has led global organizations through rapid growth and transformation, building high-performing teams from blue-collar roles to the C-suite. Her appointment reinforces Aleph Alpha’s focus on building the foundation for sustainable, high‑performing teams through a first-class corporate culture.

Benjamin Oppl now continues in his new role as Chief Operating Officer (COO), ensuring operational continuity and stability. We thank Ben for his impactful work as former VP People and Culture, including his support during the transition and the hiring of Lucie.

Lucie bringt zwei Jahrzehnte internationale Erfahrung in den Bereichen Personal, Unternehmenskultur und Führung in komplexen, regulierten und sich schnell verändernden Feldern mit. Sie hat globale Organisationen durch schnelles Wachstum und Transformationen geführt und leistungsstarke Teams über alle Karrierestufen hinweg aufgebaut. Zuletzt war sie als CPO bei Volocopter tätig. Ihre Ernennung unterstreicht den Fokus von Aleph Alpha auf nachhaltige und leistungsstarke Teams und eine erstklassige Unternehmenskultur.
